The options of healthy choices are great too. Pick 100% whole grains for healthier meals without too big of a noticeable difference that it's not the nutrient stripped foods we tend to eat day to day. Switching to 100% whole grain anything will be beneficial to our health. Give it a shot!

I thought it was very interesting that you chose to do a video, no one ever does so good job to you. Really good information.
ReplyDeleteI like that you used a video rather than an article. It gives a little variety to the sources. Buying in bulk makes sense since it means that there are less trips to the store to get just enough for a week and promotes preparedness so that if ever there is an emergency you have food to cover it. I also like how you combined the idea of buying in bulk being sustainable to eating healthier promoting our own sustainability.
